1. On large baking sheet, arrange tortilla chips evenly and place chicken meat over top. Heat in oven until warm. 2. Meanwhile, melt cheese in microwave until creamy and pourable (if it stays too thick, add milk to thin). Add jalapenos and pepper and mix well. 3. Pour over chips and chicken. Top with spinach, artichoke hearts, sprouts, olives and tomatoes, in that order. Serve with sour cream. 4 garlic cloves peeled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 slices bread crusts removed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine softened
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
In a saucepan, saute garlic in oil until tender. In a blender or food processor, process garlic and tomatoes in batches until smooth. Return all to the pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add cream and heat through. Follow directions below to cut bat wings from bread. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with butter; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 400 for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Add two wings to each bowl of soup. Serve immediately. Prep 10 Min. Cook 15 Min. Total 25 Min.

Divide carrots between two pieces of foil large enough to fold into packets. Sprinkle evenly with onion, butter and thyme; season with salt and pepper to taste. Loosely wrap foil over vegetables, sealing tightly. Place on grill over medium-high heat; cook, turning once, for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender-crisp. Makes 4 servings. 1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 -1/2 cups prepared pizza sauce
1 large green or red bell pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can sliced black olives drained
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, onion, salt, oregano and black pepper. Cook and stir about 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink; set aside. Cover 15-1/2?10-1/2-inch baking pan with foil. Arrange muffins in single layer on prepared pan. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each muffin half. Cover generously with chicken mixture, dividing evenly. Cut 12 slivers bell pepper into “smiling” mouth shapes; set aside. Chop remaining bell pepper; sprinkle over mini-pizzas. Combine Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in small bowl; sprinkle generously over mini-pizzas. Bake at 450?F 12 minutes or until cheese is light brown. Make face on each pizza by using 2 olive slices for “eyes” and 1 pepper shape for “mouth.”

44.4 mililiters Flour (Plain) 3 TBL Spoons
1500.0 grams Braising Steak cut into 5 Cm Cubes

1.0 can Guinness 400 to 568ml
500.0 mililiters Beef Stock or Can luxury beef Consomme
44.4 mililiters Dark Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons
1.0 pk Chesnut Mushrooms halved
1.0 bunch Flat Leafed Parsley chopped
Method. 1. Preheat the oven to 150C/Gas 2 if cooking in the oven. 2 Season the flour generously with Salt and Pepper and toss the meat in the seasoned flour. 3. Heat the oil or butter in a flame-proof heavy-based casserole dish over a fairly high heat and then brown the beef in batches. Remove and set aside. 4. Reduce the heat, add more butter or oil to the casserole dish if necessary and gently cook the onion, garlic and ginger for 10 minutes until softened. Add the carrots, and cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Poor in the guinness and stock. Return the beef to the casserole dish and add the soy sauce. 6. Cover and simmer gently, or cook in the oven for at least 2 hours or until the meat is meltingly tender. 7. Heat the remaining oil or butter in a frying pan and cook the mushrooms until golden. Add to the casserole. Taste and add more soy sauce if needed. 8. Serve with finely chopped parsley, mashed potato, and green vegetables.
