Ripe Tomatoe Relish recipe

14 ripe tomatoes
1 head Celery chopped fine
3 onions chopped
2 1/2 cups White sugar
1 cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 cheesecloth bag
1 tablespoon Whole cloves
2 sticks Cinnimon broken
1 tablespoon Whole allspice
1 tablespoon Pickling spice
Skin and chop the tomatoes, Put in a large pot with the celery,onion,sugar ,vinegar and salt, Place the 4 spices in the cheesecloth bag. Add the bag of spices and boil very slowely for 3 1/2 hours with the lid off. Stir often. Pour into 5 or 6 sterilized pint jars. Seal while hot. This is very good with all meats and chicken.
